As long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a doctor. As a child, I dissected a toy robot to understand how and why it worked. Cardiology has been my focus from the start of my medical training, and continues to intrigue me, pushing me to learn and enhance my skill set.

As an interventional cardiologist, I work in the cardiac catheterization lab at NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island, in addition to my time in the office at NYU Langone South Shore Heart-Rockville Centre. I am uniquely skilled in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of cardiac disease, from helping patients experiencing stable chest pain syndromes, to patients having a heart attack or presenting in cardiac shock, and I have a special interest in high-risk, complex cardiac procedures.

I am dedicated to building trust and rapport by giving my patients the time and attention they need to express their concerns. I listen intently, and try my best to make them feel heard, validated, and respected. It gives me great satisfaction to provide care, and see my patients smile and share their appreciation.

I take an individualized approach to patient care and hold myself to the highest standard. I try my best to understand the context of patients’ conditions and provide the optimal treatment strategy to meet their specific and distinct circumstances.

There are many nuances to providing care, and each decision I make stems from my goal to provide the best care to each and every patient I encounter. I am forever grateful to my patients, their willingness to trust me with their most precious heart, and the journey we take together to improve their lives and health.
