One surgeon who is revered by patients and receives a preponderance of referrals for “top” surgery is NYU Langone’s reconstructive plastic surgeon Alexes Hazen, MD, an associate professor in the . “Top” surgery includes chest masculinization for trans masculine patients and breast augmentation for transfeminine patients.
